What is Playtivity
Playtivity is pure enrichment- interactive, musical, creative, expressive and most of all fun. Playtivity offers musical merriment, story-telling and musical theater, dance and movement, creative arts and a variety of empowerment playshops. Our programs are designed for children, families and adults to boost self esteem, expand creativity and reveal passions and purpose. We can adapt our programs to be inclusive for any age or ability from tiny babies bopping in Mom's lap to children with autism or other special needs to aging adults with dementia. Music and multi-cultural themes are infused throughout our programs, bringing all participants together in creative community adventures.
Why are we here
We are here to bring love, laughter and new ways of learning into your life. Children will thrive and grow when their creative nature is given the freedom to be expressed in healthy ways. Adults can regain a sense of joy and freedom through artistic and musical expression.

We also understand the healing nature of play and music and have found our programs to be highly conducive to healing environments. We have had the opportunity to work with individuals that really need to have their minds, bodies and spirits uplifted and we've witnessed countless, profound breakthroughs for them. We are incredibly grateful for these moments.

Who are we

As a husband and wife team, Craig Norton and Virginia Anderson believe in everyone's innate ability to be creative and honor each person's unique individuality. Playtivity creates a fun and safe atmosphere where everyone's true nature can be expressed. We believe in providing choices so that everyone has several opportunities to express themselves through music, movement, theater and the creative arts.

By staying open to the flow of each of our programs we are able to adapt to accommodate the needs of the moment. Craig and Virginia combine this ability to be spontaneous and flexible with their own experience as facilitators to provide programs that are truly unique and memorable.

NEW! Virginia has written and illustrated a children's picture book called "The Flying Phlox".  It is now available in soft and hard cover and she is  booking storytelling programs and book signings for this exciting new venture.  For a preview and to purchase, check out Storybook.
